पैसे को कैसे पैदा करे और कैसे नियंत्रित करे(How to generate and control money)

                                                

धन एक ऊर्जा हे जो आपको उन तमाम विलषिताओ के संपर्क में लाता हे जिनका आपके जीवन में महत्व हे। 

आज दुनिया का हर इंसान आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनने के लिए ,स्थिर बनने के लिए दिन रात मेहनत कर रहा हे।

 क्या मेहनत करने से अमीर  बना जा सकता हे।मै ये नहीं कह रहा हू की मेह्नत नहीं करनी चाहिए लेकिन मेहनत करनी कोनसी हे शारीरिक या मानशिक। शरीर तो केवल एक वाहक हे हमे इंजन(ब्रेन) को सही करना होगा।  

क्या आप लॉट्री या गैंबलिंग से अमीर बनना चाहते हे या आप लक का इंतजार कर रहे हे। अगर आप ऐसी कोई सोच लिए बैठे हे तो आप अपने साथ  न्याय नहीं कर रहे हे।

 मेने बहुत से लोगो की करोड़ो की लॉट्री निकलते देखी हे लेकिन ये भी सत्य हे जब तक आपके पास धन को नियंत्रित करने की कला नहीं होगी ये जितनी तेजी से आपके पास आएंगा उससे ज्यादा तेजी से वापिस चला जायेगा। 

दोस्तों इस पृथ्वी पर मानव ही एक ऐसा प्राणी हे जिसका जीवन लक्ष्य केंद्रित होता हे। कुत्ते,बिल्ली,गधे का कोई लक्ष्य नहीं होता हे। और हर इंसान अपने पुरे जीवन में अपने आपको आर्थिक रूप से समृद्ध देखना चाहता हे। 

 दुनिया में कुछ ही नामचीन लोग ऐसे हे जिनके पास धन की कोई सीमा नहीं हे और इनके पास धन निरंतर बढ़ता ही जा रहा हे। 

आप  जहां खड़े हे वहीं से अपने आपको MONEY MAGNATE  के रूप में तैयार कर सकते हे। ये बिलकुल भी मायने नहीं रखता हे की आपकी वर्तमान आय कितनी हे आप गरीब परिवार से हे आपके पास संसाधन नहीं हे। 

जरुरत हे तो बस एक सोच की जो आपको अमीर बनाना चाहती हे। 

आप अपनी सोच को बदलकर आज अभी से धन को आकर्षित करने का काम शुरू कर सकते हे। 

सबसे पहले धन को लेकर ऐसे विचारो को अपने सिस्टम से हटाना होगा जो परिवार से समाज से मिले हे जैसे :-

ज्यादा पैसा बुराई की जड़ हे। 

ज्यादा पैसा केवल गलत तरीके से कमाया जाता हे। 

ज्यादा पैसे वाले बेचैन रहते हे। 

ज्यादा पैसा दुश्मनी पालता हे। 

पैसे से प्यार मत करों। 

गरीबी में सुकून रहता हे।  

पैसा भ्रष्ट बनाता हे। 

पैसा केवल भ्रष्ट और लालची लोग कमाते हे। 

अमीर बनने पर दोस्त छूट जाते हे। 

  

दोस्तों धन जीवन में पानी की तरह हे कम हो तो समस्या हे लेकिन ज्यादा हो तो कोई समस्या नहीं हे। 

धन को पैदा करने और नियंत्रित करने के नियम 6000 वर्ष पहले प्रसिद्ध बेबीलोन वासियों ने हमे बताये थे जो आज तक भी शास्वत हे और इन नियमो पर चलकर असंख्य लोग अपने जीवन में परिवर्तन ला चुके हे। ये नियम हे :-

1. धन की बचत करना :-

दोस्तों बचत एक बीज के समान हे आप आज बचत करते हे आपको इसके फल भविष्य में मिलेंगे और जीवनभर मिलेंगे। 

आपको अपनी इनकम का 10 प्रतिशत बचत करनी होगी। इस बचत से आपका कोई संबंध नहीं होना चाहिए। बचत को तब तक करते रहिये जब तक ये निवेश करने लायक ना हो जाये। 

                              

2. निवेश करे :- 

जब आपकी बचत निवेश करने लोयक हो जाये तो किसी अच्छी जगह सोच समझ कर निवेश करे। किसी ऐसे विशेषज्ञ से सलाह ले जो उस क्षेत्र की अच्छी जानकारी रखता हो। पोंजी स्कीमो से सावधान रहे। किसी भी ऐसी स्कीमों में निवेश ना करे जिनका कोई भविष्य ना हो। 

ये आपकी वर्षो की कमाई हे इसकी रक्षा करे इसे सोच समझ कर निवेश करे। आपने आज 100 रुपए निवेश किये एक साल बाद ये 110 रुपए हो जायेगे। इसी तरह आपकी इनकम धीरे धीरे कंपाउंड इंट्रेस्ट के से आनी सुरु हो जाएगी। 

इसके साथ साथ आप अपनी बचत को लगातार करते रहे। और इसे भी निवेश करे इससे आपके पास पैसे से पैसा बनना शुरू हो जायेगा। 

                                  

3.खर्च को नियंत्रित करे :-

अपनी जरूरतों को अपनी आवश्य्कता ना समझे। अपनी इनकम के 70 प्रतिशत से ही अपना घर का खर्चा चलाये। ऐसा ना हो की महीने के अंत होते होते आपको घर चलाने के लिए पड़ोसियों से मांगना पड़े।

सोच समझ कर अपने खर्च की योजनाए बनाये। अधिकतर लोग अपनी इनकम से ज्यादा खर्च करते हे और जीवन भर परेसान रहते हे। अपनी इनकम का 20 प्रतिशत आपातकालीन समस्याओ जैसे किसी बीमारी आदि के लिए सुरक्षित रखे। 

अपने आने वाले समय को देखते हुए अपनी आय को सुरक्षित रखे।  जब आप उम्र के दूसरे पड़ाव पर होंगे तो आपका जीवन आश्रित बनकर ना रह जाये। 

आज अधिकतर लोग इतना कठिन परिश्रम करते हे की केवल अपनी रसोई तक ही चला पाते हे। 

ज्यादा इनकम के लिए आप अपना मूल्य बढ़ाये। अपने समय की कीमत बढ़ाये। अपने आप पर निवेश करे। नए स्किल्स सीखे अपनी नॉलेज बढ़ाये। 

कोई भी ऐसा टैलेंट सीखे जिससे लोगो के जीवन में वैल्यू ऐड हो। लोग आपको उम्मीद से ज्यादा देंगे। लोगों की समस्याओ के डॉक्टर बने लोग आपके फिनांसर बनने सुरु हो जायेंगे। 

                                     

लोग ज्यादातर गरीब हे और जीवन भर कठिन परिश्रम करने के बाद भी गरीब ही रह जाते हे। कारण साफ हे उनके जीवन में धन को लेकर कोई योजना ही नहीं होती हे। 

एक आम आदमी अपने पुरे जीवन में ना जाने कितना धन अपने हाथो से इधर उधर करता हे  लेकिन उसके पास उस धन का 10 प्रतिशत भी नहीं बचता हे। 

किसी के साथ कोई भेदभाव नहीं किया गया हे ना कोई अमीर बनाया गया हे और ना ही कोई गरीब।आज आप जो भी हे आपकी सोच का परिणाम हे।

 I have seen lottery of millions of people coming out, but this is also true until you have the art of controlling money, it will go back faster than the faster you will come to you.

Friends, the human being on this earth is such a creature whose life goal is focused. Dogs, cats, donkeys have no goal. And every person wants to see himself financially prosperous in his entire life.

 There are few famous people in the world who do not have any limit to wealth and their wealth is constantly increasing.

From where you stand, you can prepare yourself as MONEY MAGNATE. 

It does not matter at all how much your current income is from a poor family, you do not have resources. What is needed is just a thought that wants to make you rich.

1. Saving money: -

Friends, saving is like a seed, if you save today, you will get its fruits in the future and will get a lifetime.

You have to save 10 percent of your income. You should have nothing to do with this savings. Keep saving till it becomes worth investing.

                                  

2. Invest: -

When your savings become worth investing, then consider investing in a good place. Seek advice from an expert who has good knowledge of that area. Beware of Ponzi schemas. Do not invest in any schemes that have no future.

These are your years' earnings, protect it and invest it thoughtfully. You invested 100 rupees today, after one year it will be 110 rupees. Similarly, your income will gradually start coming from compound interest.

Along with this, you continued to save your savings. And invest it too, it will start making money from you.

3. Control expenditure: -

Do not consider your needs as your needs. Spend your household expenses from 70 percent of your income. It is not that at the end of the month, you have to ask the neighbors to drive home.

Plan your spending carefully. Most of the people spend more than their income and spend their lifetime. Keep 20 percent of your income safe for emergency problems such as illness.
